Aseptic Solutions Ltd provides a specialist disinfection service for cleanrooms and clean areas.

For cleaning and disinfection, EudraLex Volume 4, Annex 1 states: 

 ‘More than one type of disinfecting agent should be employed to ensure that where they have different modes of action, their combined usage is effective against bacteria and fungi. Disinfection should include the periodic use of a sporicidal agent.’

Using specialist equipment, we are able to apply low residue sporicidal disinfectants across cleanroom hard surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors, equipment, benching etc) without the need to turn off the air handling unit. Utilising electrostatic sprayers, we rapidly direct a consistent volume of aerosolised sporicidal solution on the surface. Sterile solutions are available for use in Grade B rooms or Grade C and D when required.

For closed areas of up to 300m3, we are able to perform whole room dry fogging. The fine aerosol generated is able to penetrate those hard-to-reach areas that are often missed when manually disinfecting. For whole room fogging the air handling unit must be turned off.

The sporicidal solutions we use are fully compliant under Article 95 of the EU Biocides Regulation 528/2012 (BPR). The solutions are low hazard and leave no to low residue post disinfection.  We work with you to apply the most appropriate disinfectant for your environment.

Our services can be performed out of normal operating hours, releasing your team’s time and returning your cleanroom back to operation after an appropriate air purge of the area.
